DATA & SECURITY DETAILS

How We Protect Your Information and Account

Your data security is built into how odidigo operates. We encrypt all traffic between your device and our servers using industry-standard protocols.

Account Encryption

All login credentials and transaction data are encrypted end-to-end. Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text. Withdrawals require re-verification of your payment method.

Identity Verification

We confirm your identity before processing your first withdrawal. This protects both you and our payment partners — DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS all require verified accounts.

Data Retention Policy

Active account data is retained for the duration of your membership. Closed accounts are archived for 12 months per local law, then securely deleted.

Cookie & Tracking Use

We use session cookies to remember your login state and payment preferences. Analytics cookies help us spot fraudulent activity. You can manage cookie settings in your browser.

Your Data Rights

You can request a full export of your account data, ask us to delete certain information, or update your profile. Submit a data request via live chat and we'll process it within 14 days.

Compliance Officer Contact

For serious data or legal concerns, escalate your case to our compliance team. Email includes your account ID and detailed description. Response within 5 business days.

Your Legal Questions, Answered

Below are answers to the questions we hear most often about account ownership, data handling, payment safety and your rights on odidigo.

Your account remains yours indefinitely. Inactive accounts are not deleted automatically. If you want to close it permanently, submit a closure request through support. We'll process it and archive your data according to local retention law.

Yes. Submit a data export request via live chat or email support. Include your account ID. We'll prepare a secure download containing your transaction history, deposit and withdrawal records, and account details within 14 days.

Payment details are encrypted immediately upon entry. We never store your full card number or banking password. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS credentials are handled by each provider's secure gateway. Your wallet balance lives on our encrypted servers.

We may suspend your account if we detect fraud, policy violation or a regulatory trigger. You'll receive notice explaining the reason. You can appeal the decision through support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours and your remaining balance is returned to your registered payment method.

Your wallet balance is entirely yours. We hold it in trust; we have no claim to it. When you withdraw, we return it to your registered DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS account. If your account closes, any remaining balance is refunded to you within 5 business days.

We retain archived account data for 12 months after closure to comply with local law and prevent fraud. After 12 months, your personal information is securely deleted. Transaction records may be kept longer if required by regulation.

Yes. Open a support ticket with your transaction ID and reason for dispute. Our team will investigate within 3 business days. If the issue involves your payment provider — DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS — we'll coordinate with them to resolve it.
